Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wp-filter-orders.com and your purchase and use of the Filter Orders by Product WordPress/WooCommerce plugin (“the Plugin”). The Plugin is offered under the brand Filter Orders by Product.

1. The product

Filter Orders by Product is software for WordPress and WooCommerce that helps store administrators filter WooCommerce orders using product-related criteria. The exact features, license scope, subscription term, update period, support entitlement, and price included with a purchase are shown on our website and/or checkout at the time of purchase.

2. Purchases and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms shown during checkout. Paid annual license plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every 12 months at the applicable renewal price disclosed at checkout, unless canceled before renewal. Customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their account on wp-filter-orders.com. Canceling prevents future renewals; the current paid license term continues until its expiry. You can upgrade to a plan with more sites at any time: you pay only for the time left in your current term, and the new plan’s price applies from your renewal date.

3. Software license

The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You may use, modify, and redistribute GPL-covered code in accordance with that license. Paid plans provide access to updates and support for the purchased license term and number of sites.

4. Compatibility and requirements

The Plugin is designed for WordPress and WooCommerce. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible WordPress/WooCommerce environment, backups, hosting, and other software required to operate your website. Compatibility can be affected by third-party themes, plugins, custom code, hosting configuration, or future changes to WordPress and WooCommerce.

5. Updates and support

Updates and support are provided according to the plan and term described at the time of purchase. When a paid license term expires without renewal, the installed Plugin will continue to function, but access to new updates and support will end unless the license is renewed. We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary, including to maintain compatibility, security, or legal compliance.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Plugin or this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the Plugin in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

Except for third-party components and open-source software governed by their respective licenses, the website content, branding, documentation, and original Plugin materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to keep it reliable and compatible, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party theme, plugin, customization, hosting environment, or future software version.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Plugin or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

12. Contact
